MIAMI (Oct. 17, 2016) -- FIU Athletics is inviting all FIU Student-Athlete Alumni to return to campus for Homecoming 2016. Along with the great Homecoming festivities, the Athletic Department will be hosting a number of exciting FIU athletic events.

Festivities will start on Friday, Oct. 21th with the swimming and diving team hosting the FIU Tri-Meet at 5:00 p.m., the volleyball team taking on Marshall at 7:00 pm and the men's soccer team hosting Florida Atlantic at 7:00 p.m. 

On Saturday, Oct. 22nd, former Student-Athletes are invited to enjoy the Homecoming Parade followed by the Homecoming Football Game vs. LA Tech which will kick off at 7:00 p.m.

On Sunday, Oct. 23rd, the volleyball team will take on LA Tech, beginning at 1:00 p.m.

Student-Athlete Alumni and a guest will receive complementary admission to all the weekend's events. Student-Athlete Alumni are required to RSVP with Liz Augustin, assistant athletic director for student-athlete development, at 305-348-0154 or via e-mail at laugusti@fiu.edu.
