MIAMI (April 6, 2016) – Miami-area girls ranging from kindergarten through high school will have the opportunity to spend part of their summer vacation learning the game of volleyball from the FIU volleyball staff at the Rita Crockett Summer Volleyball Camps and Clinics. The Panthers will hold 11 camps and clinics during the months of June and July, with all being held on Lime Court at FIU Arena and Sand Complex.

The summer will kick off with four of the 11 – the Youth Day Camp, the Individual Skills Camp, the Advance Specialty Clinic and the Advance Beach Clinic – beginning on June 13-16.
The Youth Day Camp will be held from June 13-16 for girls ages 6-11, and will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. daily, except for the final day, which ends at noon. The cost of the camp is $175 ($150 if registered before May 15) and lunch will be provided.
The Individual Skills Camp will be held from June 13-16, and will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. daily, except for the final day, which ends at noon, and is for girls ages 12-18. The cost of the camp is $200 ($175 if registered before May 15) and lunch will be provided.
The Advance Specialty Clinics, for girls ages 12-18, will have three sessions to choose from; June 13-16, July 18-20 and July 25-28. The cost is $55 per session, or $150 for all three. The clinics will run from 4:30 p.m.-6 p.m. daily.
The Advance Beach Clinics will also have three sessions beginning on June 13-16, along with July 18-20 and July 25-28. The clinic, for girls ages 12-18, will run from 4:30 p.m.-6 p.m. daily and is $50 per session, or $125 for all three.
The Middle/High School Team Camp will run from July 25-28 and is $130 per player ($115 if registered before June 1). The clinic will run from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. daily, except for the final day, which ends at noon.
The Beach Volleyball Camp will have two sessions to choose from; June 27-29 and July 18-20. The camps are open to girls ages 11-18 and runs from 8:30 a.m.-11:30 a.m. daily. The cost of these camps is $125 ($115 if registered before May 15).
