MIAMI (Nov. 2, 2017) -- FIU Athletics is inviting all FIU Student-Athlete Alumni to return to campus for Homecoming 2017. Along with the great Homecoming festivities, the Athletic Department will be hosting a number of exciting FIU athletic events.

Festivities will start on Friday, Nov. 3 with the swimming and diving team hosting the FIU Tri-Meet at 5 p.m., at the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Center, and the volleyball team taking on UTEP at 7 p.m. 

On Saturday, the swimming and diving team hosts Illinois at 11 a.m. Former Student-Athletes are invited to join the FIU Alumni Association's Homecoming Game Day activities which start with the Homecoming parade at 3 p.m.  Following the parade, beat the heat and head over to the exclusive, air-conditioned tailgate party at the Roar Lounge – The Official Alumni Pre-game Party, which starts at 4 p.m. at the Parkview Courtyard and Multipurpose room. The Homecoming Football Game vs. UTSA then kicks off at 7 p.m.

On Sunday, the volleyball team will take on UTSA at 1 p.m. 

Student-Athlete Alumni and a guest will receive complementary admission to all athletic events this weekend.
