MIAMI (August 2, 2018) – The 2019 Conference USA schedule was released on Thursday, bringing with it a full slate of exciting games to look forward to for Panther fans.

The 2019 conference schedule features an even eight games at home and eight games on the road. All games will be on a Thursday/Saturday format, while tipoff times will be announced at a later date.
 
The C-USA slate will tipoff at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center on Thursday, Jan. 3 as the Panthers host Middle Tennessee before closing out the opening league weekend with UAB on Saturday, Jan. 5. FIU visits Charlotte (Jan. 10) and Old Dominion (Jan. 12) the following week, with the Panthers returning home to face WKU (Jan. 17) and Marshall (Jan. 19) the next week.
 
FIU receives a bye on Thursday, Jan. 24, before beginning a three-game road swing at Florida Atlantic (Jan. 26), Southern Miss (Jan. 31) and Louisiana Tech (Feb. 2) to head into the home stretch of the league schedule.
 
The Panthers are back home on Thursday, Feb. 7 as USTA visits Miami before UTEP comes to town on Saturday, Feb. 9. FIU takes a trip to Texas in mid-February, with the Panthers traveling to Rice on Thursday, Feb. 14, before closing out the trip to the Lone Star State on Saturday, Feb. 16 against North Texas.
 
The Panthers face three opponents for a second time to close out the regular season, as FIU hosts Florida Atlantic (Feb. 23) and Charlotte (March 2), before officially capping the league slate at Marshall on Thursday, March 7.  
 
FIU's non-conference schedule will be released at a later date.
