MIAMI (Jan. 22, 2019) - FIU took time to celebrate the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. on Monday. 

Student-athletes from around the FIU athletic department took part in a parade on Monday morning honoring Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., with over 60 Panthers attending. Panther student-athletes joined FIU Multicultural Affairs in representing the university at the event. 

This year's MLK Day parade, held near Liberty City, was the 42nd annual.
