DALLAS (April 14, 2021) - The FIU swimming & diving team dominated the Conference USA superlative awards once again, as the Panthers won the Swimmer, Diver and Newcomer of the Year honors, the league office announced on Wednesday.

Maha Gouda was awarded Diver of the Year, Jasmine Nocentini earned Swimmer of the Year and Elinah Phillip took home Newcomer of the Year laurels.

Randy Horner and the Panthers won their seventh-straight C-USA title this past season, extending the conference record for most-consecutive league championships which was set by FIU last year.

Since FIU's C-USA title streak began in 2015, the Panthers have won 25 superlative postseason awards. That total dominates the rest of the league, with the next closest program owning just four during that same time span.
