MIAMI (April 20, 2021) - FIU softball and head coach Chris Steiner-Wilcoxson have announced an exhibition against the Canadian Women's National Team on Wednesday, April 21, at 6:00 p.m.

Wednesday's exhibition will be closed to the public, but fans can watch the contest for free on FacebookLIVE (@FIUSoftball).

"This is an incredible opportunity for our program to play against Olympic athletes and some of the best competition in the world," Steiner-Wilcoxson said. "We're very grateful and excited to host Team Canada at Felsberg Field and the level of competition they'll bring."

Team Canada, currently ranked third in the world, is preparing for the 2021 Summer Olympic Games in Tokyo.

FIU returns to Felsberg Field on April 23-25 as the Panthers host Marshall for a weekend series. FIU concludes the home slate the following weekend against WKU on April 30-May 2.
