As a junior (2015): Saw action in six indoor meets… Set a career-best time of 6.99 seconds in the 60-meter dash at the Art and Linda Maillet UNC Open… Took first place in two events at the meet (triple jump, long jump)… Finished second in the league in the men’s triple jump after posting a career-best mark of 15.31 meters at the Conference USA Indoor Track and Field Championships
As a sophomore (2014): Set a career mark at the Conference USA Championships in the long jump (7.35m)
As a freshman (2013): Received Freshman of the Year (Indoor) honors and was also co-MVP of the year… Recognized on the all-conference second team
Prior to FIU: Participated in track & field and basketball at Northwestern, where he was captain of each team. . .Personal best of 48'0 in the triple jump, 23'0 in the long jump and 48.0 in the 400m. . .Track & field MVP (2012), basketball MVP (2012). . .Silver Knight Award Nominee. . .Superior Honor Roll, Scholar-Athlete of the Year. . .SGA President (2012), also President of the Key Club and National Honor Society.
