2019-2020 (Senior): Indoor - Competed in the shot put in her lone indoor meet at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational, throwing a personal best of 12.32m 

2018-2019 (Junior): Missed the indoor season due to injury...Opened the outdoor season with a PR in the hammer throw, with a mark of 39.10m at the Sharks Invitational Meet, while also placing first in the discus with a throw of 50.84m...placed second in the discus at the Miami Hurricane Invitational, throwing 51.33m...placed second at the UCF Knights Invite in the discus with a heave of 51.74m...placed fourth in the discus at the prestigious Florida Relays...placed fifth in the discus at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational...concluded the regular season with a second place throw at the Virginia Grand Prix, with a mark of 53.15m...earned a silver in the discus at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships, throwing 51.47m...threw a massive PR at the NCAA East Preliminaries in Jacksonville, FL, going 56.90m to qualify for her first NCAA Outdoor Championships...earned Second-Team All-American Honors at the NCAA Outdoor Championships in Austin, TX, throwing 54.43m for 13th place 

2017-2018 (Sophomore): Competed in eight meets on the year...placed second at the USF Bulls Invitational in the discus, throwing 51.09m...placed 10th at the Florida Relays...earned a second place finish mark at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational...earned the first victory of her sophomore campaign at the Miami Hurricane Collegiate Invitational, throwing 51.91m...made it back-to-back victories at the Georgia Tech Invitational, throwing 50.76m for the win...took gold in the discus at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships, throwing 51.59m for the victory...capped her season at the NCAA East Preliminaries, placing 21st

2016-17 (Freshman): Competed in six meets on the year... On her collegiate debut at the Hurricane Invitational (3/18), Rains placed second and set a new school record in the discus with a mark of 53.10m... Totaled four top-three finishes on the year, including third at the Miami Invitational (3/25) and first at the USF Invitational (4/21)… Placed second in the shot put (50.95m) during the Conference USA Outdoor Championship (5/11)... Qualified to the NCAA East Region and finished 25th in the discus with a mark of 49.45m.
