C-USA Male Field Athlete of the Week - March 19, 2019

Sophomore (2018-2019) - Began the indoor season with a second place finish in the long jump at the Clemson Orange and Purple Open, with a mark of 6.93m...continued his strong indoor start with a second place performance at the IU Relays, jumping 7.05m...scored for FIU at the Conference USA Indoor Championships, placing seventh with a jump of 7.16m, his best of the indoor season...began the outdoor campaign with a jump of 7.35m, good for second place at the Miami Hurricane Invitational, which subsequently earned him C-USA Male Field Athlete of the Week honors...earned his first victory of the outdoor season at the UCF Invite with a jump of 7.29m...set a personal best in the long jump at the Hurricane Alumni Invitational, with a mark of 7.53m...finished the regular season with a victory at the UVA Grand Prix, jumping 7.26m
