2008 Indoors: Finished just out of all-conference contention with a season-best 7.54 to place fourth in the 55 hurdles at the Sun Belt Championships, giving FIU a pair of top five performers in the event along with champion Ronald Forbes... Posted a 7.62 in the prelims at the SBC meet, and a 7.77 earlier in the season to finish 12th among collegians at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational.

2007 Indoors: Competed in the 200 and 400 meter races... Ran a 22.66 which was the team’s top finish at the Florida Intercollegiate and was good for sixth place among collegians... Also ran at the SBC Championships, coming in 21st with a 23.08... Came in ninth among collegians in his lone 400 meter race, crossing the line in 52.26 at the Florida Intercollegiate.

2006: Did not compete.

2005 Outdoors: Placed among the top-10 collegians at the Gatorade Invitational in the 110-meter hurdles in a season-best time of 14.54 seconds... Placed fourth in the event at the season-opening Hurricane Invitational... Also competed with the 4x100-, 4x200- and 4x400-meter relays, helping the 4x1 to a second-place finish among collegians at the USF Invitational.

2005 Indoors: Placed sixth among collegians in the 55-meter hurdles at the Boston University Invitational... Turned in a season-best time of 7.73 seconds in the event during the preliminary round of the Sun Belt Conference Championships.

Prep: Competed in track & field and soccer at Flanagan... As a senior, won the state title in the 110-meter hurdles in 14.10 seconds... Runner-up at the state meet in the 300-meter hurdles... Posted personal-best times of 14.02 seconds in the 110 hurdles and 37.82 seconds in the 300 hurdles... Earned All-Broward, Miami Herald and Sun-Sentinel First-Team honors... Team won the district title, finished runner-up at regionals and was fourth at the state meet.

Personal: Born September 17, 1984, in New York City...  Parents are Nathan Reid and Norine Nunes... Has 14 brothers and two sisters... Recruited by several schools, including Florida State and UCF... Off the track, enjoys reading, writing and playing video games... Nickname is Dread...  A pre-med major.
