2007 Outdoors: Won the 5k at the Disney Invitational by nearly 17 seconds at a time of 15:02.80, the ninth-best performance in the Sun Belt.  2006 Cross Country: FIU’s top finisher in three-of-six races, including a pair of top medalist finishes at the NSU Sharks Invitational and the University of Miami Tri-Meet... Second FIU finisher in two other meets... Cut more than a minute-and-a-half off of his previous 8,000 meter personal best, finishing the Auburn Invitational in 24:52.56, which ranks as the fifth-fastest time in program history... FIU’s top finisher at the NCAA South Regional in 59th place.   2006 Outdoors: Victorious in the 5,000 meters at both the Diet Pepsi Invitational and Golden Knights Twilight... Posted a season-best time of 15:25.83 in the event at the Sun Belt Conference Championships... Finished just out of all-conference contention, but scored for FIU with a fourth-place finish in the grueling 10,000 meters at the Sun Belt Champs... Recorded the team’s top time in the 1,500 meters, clocking in at 4:05.60 at the Miami Elite Invitational. 2006 Indoors: Posted the team’s top times in both the 3,000 and 5,000 meters... Runner-up among collegians in the 3,000 meters at the season-opening Gator Invitational and fourth among collegians in a season-best 8:55.74 at the Pepsi Invitational... Anchored the distance medley relay to a seventh-place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Champion-ships to score for FIU. 2005 Cross Country: Led the team with a fifth-place finish at the Sailfish Invitational with a 5,000-meter time of 16:59... Second FIU finisher in four meets, including the Sun Belt Conference Championships... Recorded a then- career-best time of 26:28.10 in the 8,000 meters at the FLRunners.com Invitational... Posted a season-best finish of third in 27:25 at the Hatter Invitational, helping lead FIU to a second-place showing. 2005 Outdoors: posted FIU’s fastest times in the 1,500, 3,000, 5,000 and 10,000 meters... Won the 5K at the Golden Knights Twilight... Scored for the Golden Panthers in the same event, placing eighth in a season-best time of 15:32.27 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.  2005 Indoors: turned in a season-best time of 15:36.98 in the 5,000 at the Gator Invitational to place sixth. 2004 Cross Country: Competed in all five of FIU’s meets... Second-best performer of the year with a time of 27:30.28 in the 8,000 meters at the Disney Classic?one of three meets in which he was the team’s top finisher... Ran his second-fastest 8K, helping FIU to 10th place at the Gator Invitational in 28:35.81... Second FIU runner to finish and 11th among collegians at the FIU/Lourdes Invitational, covering the 5,000-meter course in 17:19.86 ...  Team’s top finisher at dual meet with the University of Miami, finishing seventh with a four-mile time of 22:43... Also led FIU at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, placing 43rd in the 8K in 28:48.7.  Prep: Competed in track & field and cross country at Buchholz... Earned all-state honors in cross country as a senior, placing 13th at the state meet as team finished runner-up...
