2006 Outdoors: Advanced to the NCAA Championships in the 100 meters and to the NCAA East Regional Championships in the 100, 200 and 4x100-meter relay... Posted three all-conference performances at the 2006 Sun Belt Championships and finished as the meet’s top female points scorer... Swept the 100 (11.69) and 200 meters (24.14), and was runner-up as the second leg of the 4x1, finishing in a season-best and NCAA regionally-qualifying 45.52 seconds... Also scored as the anchor of the 4x400-meter relay that placed fifth in 3:48.35... At NCAA Regionals, finished 11th in the 100 (11.59), 13th in the 200 (24.10) and 10th with the 4x1 (45.85)... 4x1 placed second at the FSU Relays... Advanced to the Championship of America finals of the 100 meters at the prestigious Penn Relays, finishing eighth in 11.66 seconds... Posted a season-best time of 23.87 seconds in the 200 meters at the season-opening Hurricane Invitational... Two-time Sun Belt Track Performer of the Week (3/28, 4/4). 2006 Indoors: Selected as the Outstanding Track Performer at the 2006 Sun Belt Conference Indoor Championships after winning the 200 meters, finishing runner-up in the 400 meters and tying for top-point scorer honors... Provisionally qualified for the NCAA Championships in the 200 meters with a season-best time of 23.72 seconds in the finals at the Sun Belt Championships... Also met the NCAA provisional standard in the 400 meters, as the top finishing collegian at Boston University’s Valentine Invitational in a season-best 54.36 seconds ? just .01 second off the school record. At TCU: Competed in track & field for three seasons with the Horned Frogs, earning four All-America and 17 All-Conference USA honors... All four All-America accolades came outdoors -- as the third leg of the 4x400-meter relay that placed eighth at the 2005 NCAA Championships, two with the 4x100-meter relay, placing seventh in 2004 and sixth in 2003, and individually, with an eighth-place finish in the 200 meters in 2003... Won the indoor and outdoor 200 at the 2004 C-USA Championships... Part of several TCU records, including the 2005 outdoor 4x4 (3:31.49), the 2004 indoor 4x4 (3:39.56) and the 2003 outdoor 4x1 (43.37)... Tied program records in the 200 meters (23.57) during the 2003 indoor season and the 4x2 outdoors in 2004 (1:33.63)... Outdoor personal bests include times of 11.33 seconds in the 100 and 23.10 seconds in the 200... Indoor bests include times of 7.46 seconds in the 60 meters, 23.47 seconds in the 200 and 55.19 seconds in the 400. Prep: Earned four letters in track & field at Eldorado... As a senior, led team to the state title by winning the 100, 200, 400 and 4x4 and finishing runner-up in the long jump and 4x2... Was top point scorer of the meet... The first female in New Mexico to sweep the 100, 200 and 400 meters at the state meet... Set the state record in the 400...
