2008 Indoors: Finished fourth for the second year in a row in the weight throw at the Sun Belt Championships with a career-best 16.31 meter toss... Was seventh at the Tom Jones Memorial Invitational after throwing 15.94 meters, and 25th at the New Balance Collegiate Invitational with a 15.45.
2007 Outdoors: Captured two hammer throw titles and one runner-up performance... Threw a season-long 44.96 meters to win the Golden Knight Twlight, and 41.66 meters to win the Disney Invitational... Came in second after a 42.35 meter toss at the Miami Elite Invitational... Threw his second-longest hammer at the Sun Belt Championships, a 43.62 which was good for 10th place.
2007 Indoors: Just missed all-conference honors with a fourth-place finish in the weight throw at the Sun Belt Championships, tossing a season-best 15.91 meters... Claimed second in the event at the Florida Intercollegiate (13.99m) and ninth at the Gator Invitational (15.61m).
2006 Outdoors: Top collegiate performer in the shot put and runner-up in both the hammer and discus at the Golden Knights Twilight... At that meet, recorded season-best marks of 132 feet, 4 inches in the hammer and 121 feet in the discus... Posted another top-10 finish in the hammer at the Miami Elite Invitational.
2006 Indoors: Competed in the weight throw, placing among the top-10 collegians at the Pepsi Invitational with a season-best 48-foot, 7½-inch performance.
2005 Outdoors: Turned in two top-10 performances in the shot put, including a team-best 38-foot, 2-inch performance to place fourth at the Golden Knights Twilight... Recorded three top-10 finishes in the discus and four in the hammer... Placed a season-high fifth in the discus at the Golden Knights Twilight with a season-best throw of 136 feet, 9 inches... Posted season-best mark of 113 feet, 6 inches in the hammer at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.
Prep: Competed in football for four years and track & field for three years at Paxon.
