Biography
Freshman -- 2009-10: Time of 22.30 in 200m at the Great Dane Classic (1/22) is second all-time on FIU freshman indoor record list and also ran 55m dash in 6.54...ran 55m dash in 6.60 and the 400m dash in 51.61 at Jimmy Carnes Invitational (1/31)...a member of the 4x200 meter relay team that broke a 17-year-old school record at New Balance Invitational (2/6)...finished second in 200m dash at GVSU Big Meet (2/15) in a time that broke the freshman school record (21.88) and also ran a personal best 6.94 in 60m dash.
Prep Career: Four-year letterwinner of the cross country and track and field teams…two-time captain in junior and senior seasons...2009 district, regional and state champion in 4x100…2009 district and regional champion in 100 meter and 200 meter…ran 10.73 in 100 meter and 21.9 in 200 meter…member of the Beta Club, National Honor Society and student government…ran for Winter Park Flyers in 2008 and qualified for USATF Junior Olympics in the 100 and 200 meter.
Personal: Born October 11, 1990…majoring in sports management…has two older sisters, Diana and Victoria, who were conference finalists and participated in NCAA East Regionals as members of the UCF track and field team.
