2007 Outdoors: Scored for the Golden Panthers in the decathlon at the Sun Belt Championships, coming in seventh place with 5,430 points... Had FIU’s top performance in the javelin, a 44.63 meter throw at the Disney Invitational to place ninth, and the 110 hurdles, 16.15 seconds to place 14th among collegians at the Disney Invitational... Posted the team’s second-best pole vault, 3.50 meters, at the Golden Knight Twilight to finish third... Came in fourth in the high jump at the Golden Knight Twilight with a 1.78 meter leap... Had two other top-10 finishes, a 10.39 meter shot put for seventh place at the Golden Knight Twilight and a 5.95 meter long jump for 10th at the Miami Elite Invitational.
2007 Indoors: Placed 10th in the heptathlon at the Sun Belt Championships, accumulating 2,109 points... Had the team’s top shot put of the season, a 9.73 meter toss to place 11th at the Florida Intercollegiate... Top long jump of the season was a 6.07 meter leap at the Gator Invitational, good for 14th... Also competed in the 55 hurdles on two occasions with his top performance coming at the Gator Invitational (8.46 seconds).
2006 Outdoors: Scored for FIU with a seventh-place finish in the decathlon at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (5,202 points)... Posted the team’s second-best performance in the javelin to place among the top 10 at the Miami Elite Invitational... Placed third among collegians in the long jump at the Golden Knights Twilight.
