Ran a 39:52.48 earlier in the year for her top performance, and 10th best in the Sun Belt, in the event at the Disney Invitational (March 22) to finish fourth in the race... FIU’s top finisher in the 3000 meter steeplechase at the Golden Knight Twilight (April 28), coming in third at a time of 11:56.31 ? the 10th best time in the Sun Belt... Ran a season-best 5:04.22 in the 1500 meters to place ninth among collegians at the Miami Elite Invitational on April 14... FIU’s third-fastest performer in the 5000 meters, running an 18:38.79 to finish 15th among collegians at the Florida Relays on April 7.

2006 Cross Country: Ran in all six meets... FIU’s top finisher at the NSU Sharks Invitational, covering the 5,000-meter course in 20:07... Posted a personal-best time of 18:32.46 in the 5,000 meters at the Auburn Invitational... Helped FIU to the team title at the University of Miami Tri-Meet with an eighth-place finish... Placed 25th among collegians and third on the team at the Mountain Dew Gator Invitational.
