Prior to FIU: A top-ranked junior from Colombia who won numerous individual titles including the South American Qualifying Tournament (2005-07), the National Championship Medal Play Championship (2006) and the National Championship Match Play Championships (2007)...Represented Colombia at the Callaway Junior World Championships and finished fourth at the U.S. Girls Junior Championship...Participated with the Colombian National Team (2005-07)...Played in the 2007 Orange Bowl Junior Championship and in the 2006-07 U.S. Girls Qualifier...Placed second at the Colombian National Amateur Championship...Also played three years of high school squash and two seasons of volleyball.
