2005-06: Competed in the 50- and 100-yard freestyle and 100-yard backstroke events...Second leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that finished runner-up in the meet against Florida State and LSU (10/28)...placed fifth in the 100-yard backstroke (1:08.02) in the dual meet against New Orleans (1/26). 2004-05: Posted her best 50-yard freestyle (26.40) during the preliminaries of the Sun Belt Conference Championships (2/17)...recorded season-best 100-yard freestyle performance as the leadoff leg of the 400-yard freestyle relay (57.77) and individually (57.85) versus North Florida and Georgia Southern (11/15)...team’s top finisher in the 50-yard freestyle at both the Matt Gribble Invitational (1/7-27.06) and the Golden Panther Invitational (1/7-27.29). 2003-04: Member of 200-freestyle, 400-freestyle and 200-medley relay teams that set season-best performances at the Sun Belt Conference Championships (2/12)...third in the 50-yard freestyle (55.67) against Florida State and Florida A&M (10/18)...fifth in the 50-yard freestyle (55.63) at the Sun Belt Fall Classic (10/24). Prior to FIU: 2002 Space Coast Conference Champion in 50- and 100-yard freestyle...2002 team MVP at Titusville...recipient of swim team’s Terrier Pride Award in 2000...Scholar-Athlete Award recipient from 1999-2002. Personal: Born March 18, 1985, in Soldotha, Alaska...daughter of Guy Crandall...along with teammates Melanie Haslip and Lindsey Overman, represents the team on the FIU Student-Athlete Advisory Committee...a two-time Sun Belt Conference Academic Honor Roll selection...uncle Kent Coawain Crandall played collegiate water polo at USC-Santa Cruz...marine biology major.
