FIU Athletics

2007-08: Participated in the 500, 1000 and 1650 freestyle, 100 butterfly, 400 individual medley, 400 and 800 freestyle relays and 400 medley relay... Posted FIU’s second-best performance of the season in the 500 (5:21.34) and 1000 (11:00.43 freestyle relays at the Phil Hansel Duals (10/26-27/08).

Prior to FIU: Swam for four years for Catalina Foothills, a school that is a seven-time boys and girls swimming and diving state champion....earned the coaches’ award for leadership and named team captain her senior year...was a member of the Honor Society and Spanish Honor Society.

Personal: Born January 1, 1990...daughter of Mark Chuk and Brigit Christ-Chuk...international business and finance major...plans to continue her education and attend graduate school after college...holds dual citizenship in Germany and the United States.
