2003-2004: Earned All-Sun Belt Conference honors in the 100 butterfly (58.84), following a third-place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Championships...posted four season-best times, 100 and 200 backstroke, 200 butterfly and the 400 IM, at the Cougar Invitational...an integral member of multiple relays including the 200 and 400 freestyle and the 200 and 400 medley that all set season-best marks at the Sun Belt Conference Championships...fourth at the Sun Belt Fall Classic in the 200 IM (2:15.37) and in the 400 IM (4:43.90)...fifth in the 100 butterfly (1:00.82) at the FAU Invitational.

Prior to FIU: Competed for Markham Aquatic Club (Ontario) from 1992 to 1999...garnered Outstanding Performance (1993, 1996), Most Improved (1995) and Team Leadership (1998) honors from club team and Swim Canada.

Personal: Born January 25, 1982...daughter of Ron and Mary Haynes...has one brother, Alexander...elementary education major...aspires to be a kindergarten teacher after college...a member of the SAAC committee...named to the Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List in 2003-2004.
