Biography
2003-2004: Posted the team’s fastest performance in five events, including the 50, 100 and 200 freestyle and the 100 and 200 backstroke...competed at the Hungarian Olympic Trials in the 100- and 200-meter freestyle...earned all-conference recognition following a second-place finish in the 100 freestyle (52.91), and closed out the season with a season-best mark in the 50 freestyle (24.40) at the Sun Belt Conference Championships...at the Cougar Invitational, she was second in the 200-yard (1:52.44) and 500-yard freestyle (5:02.53) and anchored the fourth place 800-yard freestyle relay, after which she earned Sun Belt Conference Swimmer of the Week recognition...anchor of the 200 and 400 freestyle and 400 medley relays that posted season-best performances at the Sun Belt Conference Championships...at the Sun Belt Fall Classic, she was second in the 100-yard butterfly (59.68) and third in the 200-yard freestyle (1:55.30) and 200-yard backstroke (2:11.31)...won the 100-yard butterfly (58.91) and was second in the 200-yard freestyle (1:53.90) at the FAU Invite.
Prior to FIU: Multiple national champion in her native Hungary as a junior as well as a senior swimmer...two-time Junior European champion.
Personal: Born February 1, 1985... daughter of Jòsef and A’gnes Molnar...has one brother, Balazs, and one sister, Fanni... undecided on a major.
