As a junior (2015): Saw action in four meets during the indoor season… Best performance came at the Winston-Salem State Open, where she took second place in the pole vault (3.10 meters)… Best vault of the season was 3.25 meters at the Art and Linda Maillet UNC Open

As a Sophomore (2014): Took first place at the 3rd Annual South Florida Multi-Cultural Games in the pole vault with a 3.20m-mark... Participated in the Conference USA Championships in the pole vault

As a Freshman (2013): Ran in 11 events for the Panthers and had personal bests of 15.81 in the 100m, 3.32m in the pole vault and 16.53m in the javelin

Prior to FIU: Participated in track (2009-12), swimming & diving (2008-11) and basketball (2010-11) at Lecanto High. . .Citrus County Female Athlete of the Year (2011-12). . .Track MVP in 2011 and 2012. . .Diver of the Year in 2010. . .Swimming & diving team MVP in 2009 and 2011. . .Swimmer of the Year in 2010 and 2011. . .Personal best in pole vault (10' 6"). . .Swam a 1:05 in 100-yard backstroke.

Personal: April 19, 1994… Daughter of James and Pamela Heinzman… Has three younger siblings, James, Caleb and Michael… Her cousin, Rusty, plays for the Texas Rangers… Was recruited by UCF, Baylor and FSU… Majoring in sports and fitness and wants to be a personal trainer when she graduates… Enjoys the outdoors, movies and attending church
