2019-2020 (Senior): Began the indoor season competing at the UAB Blazer Invitational with a mark of 1.59m in the high jump to place 12th...jumped 1.55m at the BU David Hemery Valentine Invitational...set a season best at the Conference USA Indoor Championships jumping 1.60m to place 15th

2018-2019 (Junior): Competed in eight meets on the year...opened the indoor season with a PR in the high jump at the Clemson Orange & Purple Open with a mark of 1.65m, good for sixth place...finished ninth at the IU Relays in the high jump...placed 17th at the Conference USA Indoor Championships with a jump of 1.56m...began the outdoor season with a ninth place mark in the high jump at the UCF Knights Invite...competed at the Miami Hurricane Alumni Invitational...finished the regular season with a fifth place jump at the Virginia Grand Prix with a mark of 1.57m...concluded her junior campaign at the Conference USA Outdoor Championships, jumping 1.55m for 18th place 

2017-2018 (Sophomore): Began her indoor campaign at the Clemson Orange & Purple Invite...competed at the GVSU Big Meet, placing 11th...finished 18th at the Conference USA Indoor Championships...competed at Miami and USF during the outdoor season

2016-17 (Freshman): Competed in two meets on the year... Recorded a season best and finished eighth during her career debut in the high jump (1.60m) at the Hurricane Invitational (3/18)… At the Miami Invitational (3/25), La'Flamme finished 10th in the high jump (1.55m).
