As a junior (2015): Saw her first action at the UAB Blazer Invite in the 60 and 300-meter dash… Part of the 4x400-meter relay team that took second place at the Winston-Salem State Open… Ran the 200 and 400-meter dash at the Conference USA Championships, in addition to being on the 4x400-meter relay team during the C-USA Championships.

At South Plains College: Ran a 24.3 in the (indoor) 200m and 55.7 in the (indoor) 400m…Indoor and Outdoor Junior College National Champions in 2012-2013…Named Most Improved in 2012-2013 season…Placed 3rd in the 400m at the Junior College National Championships.
 
Prior to South Plains: Ran track for two years at Seminole High school from 2007-2009 and two years for Coronado High School from 2009-2011…Named MVP all four years of high school… Ran a 11.77 in the 100m, 24.7 in the 200m, and 1:35:00 in the 4x200m.
 
Personal: Born on Nov. 26, 1992…Daughter of Samuel and Shawnda King…Has two siblings, Adrian Lewis and Samuel…Plans on majoring in Criminal Justice at FIU…Hopes to pursue a Master’s degree after she graduates…Enjoys going shopping, to the movies, and to the beach in her free time.
