IRVING, Texas (July 22, 2016) – Conference USA's 2016 Football Kickoff is set for Monday-Tuesday, July 25-26, in Irving, Texas. The league's head coaches and two student-athletes from each school will be on hand to preview the upcoming season. Head Coach

ESPN3 and the WatchESPN app will present video streaming of interviews with coaches and players on Tuesday, beginning at 10 a.m. ET/9 a.m. CT. Each school will be on in 15-minute increments and the show will also be archived on WatchESPN and ConferenceUSA.com for all viewers.

The 2016 FIU football season will kick off on Thursday, Sept. 1, when the Panthers host the Indiana Hoosiers.
FIU's 2016 schedule is highlighted with games against Miami Beach Bowl and 2015 C-USA champion WKU, R+L Carriers New Orleans Bowl champion Louisiana Tech, St. Petersburg Bowl champion Marshall, Popeyes Bahama Bowl participant Middle Tennessee, and New Era Pinstripe Bowl participant Indiana. In addition, the Panthers will face Maryland, Massachusetts, UCF, Florida Atlantic, UTEP, Charlotte and Old Dominion.
