DALLAS (Feb. 16, 2020) - The remainder of the men's basketball regular-season schedule was announced by Conference USA on Sunday afternoon. The FIU men's basketball team finished in fifth place in Group One and are set to face the top four teams in the league during the next few weeks. The complete FIU schedule is below.

Within the C-USA Bonus Play format, teams concluded the first seven weeks of the scheduled conference season on Feb. 15. Teams are then placed in one of three groups based on conference standings through the first 14 games of league action and are guaranteed seeding within that group. The teams get divided into two groups of five (1-5 and 6-10) and a group of four (11-14). During the final three weeks, teams play within their respective grouping for the last four games of conference play. Home and away games within the groups is determined by a preset formula.

Once all 18 games have been completed, 12 teams, based on their overall conference record within their respective group, are seeded in the conference tournament. The 2020 Conference USA Men's Basketball Championship begins Wednesday, Mar. 11 at the Ford Center at the Star in Frisco, Texas.
