MIAMI – The FIU football team posted a 46-39 win over North Texas at the Cage in Miami on Saturday night.
Sophomore
Kejon Owens rushed for three touchdowns as the Panthers outscored the Mean Green 29-19 over the final 30 minutes to erase a first-half deficit.

UP NEXT
The Panthers travel to East Hartford, Conn., next weekend for the penultimate non-conference game of the season against Connecticut in a 3:30 p.m. ET start on Saturday, Sept. 16.
The game is slated to be televised to a national audience on CBS Sports Network.
The meeting will mark the second ever meeting between the programs and the first in Connecticut.
