MIAMI– FIU basketball telecasts will have a new look this season as Steve Goldstein, the veteran play-by-play voice for the 2-time reigning Stanley Cup champion Florida Panthers and voice of the Miami Dolphins preseason telecasts will be expanding his FIU Portfolio.
In addition to his responsibilities with the Florida Panthers, Goldstein will be a part of select FIU Basketball Broadcasts this year.
Goldstein has been broadcasting FIU Football the last two seasons both on ESPN+ and FIU Sports Radio Network.
He will make his FIU basketball debut on Tuesday November 18 when the Panthers host Ft. Lauderdale at Ocean Bank Convocation Center.
All of FIU's home basketball games are set to be streamed on ESPN+.
The Panthers will tip off their season on Monday November 3 at 7pm against Florida National.
