MIAMI — FIU football will host the next edition of the Willie Simmons Coach's Show on Monday evening at Twin Peaks Doral.
The show, of which will also air on ESPN+, is slated to begin at 6 p.m. and will feature Coach Simmons and Running Backs Coach Benedick Hyppolite. FIU's rushing attack totaled 223 yards and found the endzone six times, matching a school-record, in the Panthers' 42-9 victory over Bethune-Cookman on Friday night. Both will sit down with host Corey Brooks and discuss a variety of topics surrounding FIU Football including its season-opening matchup with Bethune Cookman on Friday evening at 7 p.m.
As part of the partnership, Twin Peaks will be extending its Happy Hour deals to 7 p.m. on the days of the show, which includes:
