MIAMI — FIU football will host the next edition of the Willie Simmons Coach's Show on Monday evening at Twin Peaks Doral.
The show, of which will also air on ESPN+, is slated to begin at 6 p.m. and will feature Coach Simmons and linebacker Johnny Chaney Jr. Chaney Jr. racked up nine tackles and had a sack in an impressive defensive display against second-ranked Penn State in Happy Valley on Saturday. Both will sit down with host Corey Brooks and discuss a variety of topics surrounding FIU Football including its pivotal Shula Bowl rivalry matchup with Florida Atlantic at home on Saturday evening at 6 p.m.
As part of the partnership, Twin Peaks will be extending its Happy Hour deals to 7 p.m. on the days of the show, which includes:

During the event, promotional ticket giveaways will also be done for those in attendance. The show will of course lead into the NFL's Monday Night Football, of which Twin Peaks Doral will have its traditional deals, which are as follows:
