As a Junior (2012-13): Had a successful freshman campaign, participating in three events at the Sun Belt Conference Championships…Earned a 10th place finish at the SBC Championships in the 50 freestyle, a 12th place finish in the 100 backstroke and a preliminaries appearance in the 100 freestyle…Earned seven top three finishes on the year, including a second place finish in the 50 freestyle vs. UNF (11/3) and a second place finish in the 50 backstroke at the FIU Invite (1/5). 

Prior to FIU: Swam four years at Dragomanov… At the 2007 Ukraine junior championships, was 100 free Ukrainian Junior champion, 4x100 free relay champion, 4x50 free relay champion, 4x100 IM relay champion… Holds junior records in the 4x100 free, 4x50 free, and 4x100 IM relays… At the International Championships in Slovenia, placed second in the 50 free and third in the 100 free… At the 2009 Ukraine Championships, placed third in the 50 fly… At the 2011 University Championship in Kyiv, champion in the 50 fly and 50 free and second in the 100 fly… At the 2011 Ukrainian Championship, third place in the 50 fly and second in the 100 fly.
