• What Are Panthers In Pursuit?
  • As collegiate athletics enters a new era, all contributions to the Panther Club will play a critical role in helping provide scholarships, upgraded facilities and impactful programing that will empower our student-athletes to succeed both on and off the field.
• Why Should I Give Now?
  • As of July 1, 2025, FIU Athletics – along with Division-I institutions nationwide – are able to offer increased benefits to student-athletes through revenue sharing. To remain competitive and continue attracting top talent to the 305, we need your support now!
• Key Things You Should Know:
  • No Scholarship Cap: Schools will be able to offer scholarships to every student-athlete on their roster, eliminating previous sport-specific limits. This means schools will be able to provide more financial aid benefits to athletes, increasing the number of potential college sports scholarships.
  • The settlement agreement requires the NCAA to pay nearly $3 billion over a 10-year span in damages to student-athletes who competed between 2016 and 2021 and were prohibited from participating in NIL activities. While the NCAA will distribute this amount over the 10-year span, FIU Athletics will experience an annual reduction in its revenue distribution from the NCAA.
