Coming on your own?

Find a seat that feels right.

Head toward the student section, find an available seat and settle in. You can cheer, ask someone nearby if they’ve been here before, or simply watch the game. There’s no introduction you have to make.

At men’s and women’s basketball, students sit in the Roar Zone at midcourt. At open-seating events, choose an available seat.

Make the plan easy.

Pick a game, choose where you’ll meet and check whether guests need a ticket. At a ticketed game, claim your guest ticket online and transfer it before you head out. For open seating, just come together.

FOOTBALL AT PITBULL STADIUM

Your first few minutes, figured out.

Stadium gates open one hour before kickoff. If you’d rather get settled early, come in and choose a seat in the student section. There will be plenty happening around the tailgating area, too, so enjoy your time there and enter when you’re ready.

Want a moment on the concourse? If you’re 21 or older with a valid driver’s license, you can stop by the Sawgrass Hideout Beer Garden on the north concourse before finding your seat. Alcohol service is subject to venue policy.

BRING YOUR PEOPLE

One guest is on us.

Your own admission is free with a valid FIU One Card. At ticketed games, your first guest ticket is free; additional guests cost $10 each for football and $5 each for the other ticketed sports. Open-seating events need no guest ticket.

Start with your FIU login.

Select “Claim Guest Tickets” below. On the sign-in page, select the blue “Sign In With SSO” button and enter your FIU login credentials. Then follow the steps to claim and send your guest tickets.

Use FIU single sign-on

On the FIU Tickets sign-in page, click the blue Sign In With SSO button and enter your FIU login credentials.

02 · CHOOSE

Select your game and guests

Find your ticketed event, claim your first free guest ticket and add any paid guest tickets you want.

03 · CHECK OUT

Look for your tickets

Finish checkout. Digital guest tickets are delivered to the email address associated with your student ticket account.

04 · TRANSFER

Send each guest theirs

After checkout, open My Tickets and transfer each ticket directly to your guests before the game.

Claim Guest Tickets

On the sign-in page: Click the blue “Sign In With SSO” button and enter your FIU login credentials. Then choose your event and guests.

Basketball

Make midcourt your meeting place.

The Roar Zone puts students at midcourt for both men’s and women’s basketball. It’s one of the best seats in the house, whether you know every player or are learning as you go.

Baseball

Let the game make room to talk.

Find a seat, settle into America’s pastime and catch up between pitches. Look for $1 beer promotions at the ballpark; availability and hours depend on the game. Beer service is for guests 21 and older with a valid driver’s license, subject to venue policy.

Do I need to buy my own ticket?

No. Current FIU students receive complimentary admission to home athletics events with a valid FIU One Card. Check event-specific access information before going.

Can I bring someone to an open-seating game?

Yes. Open-seating sports such as women’s soccer, volleyball, tennis, beach volleyball and regular single-game softball do not require a student guest ticket. Check the event schedule for location and any special rules.

How do I get a guest ticket for a ticketed game?

Go to FIU Tickets sign-in, choose the blue Sign In With SSO button and enter your FIU login credentials. Select your event and guests, finish checkout, then open My Tickets to transfer each guest their ticket. Tickets go to your student ticket account email. For help, call (305) FIU-GAME.

Where do I go if I’m coming alone?

Head toward the student section and take an available seat. For basketball, the Roar Zone is at midcourt. For other ticketed events, event staff can direct you to student seating. You can take in the game at your own pace.

When should I arrive for football?

Pitbull Stadium gates open one hour before kickoff. Come early to choose a seat or stay around the tailgate before entering when you’re ready. Use the published student entry at Gate 6 or 6A and check game-specific updates.
