Prior to FIU: Hit .500 (6-of-12) with a triple and three RBI at LeMoyne in 2007...played in 23 games, primarily as a defensive replacement and pinch runner...started three games in left field...made 11 appearances as a pinch-runner and hit .333 as a pinch-hitter...also played four games at second base...made his first collegiate start in the second game of a doubleheader against Canisius (4/9) and went 2-for-2 with a triple and two RBI...singled in his first career at-bat against Evansville (3/18)... walked in his first collegiate plate appearance at Lamar (2/28).

High School: Played for Tony Melian at Belen Jesuit Preparatory School for two years...batted .350 with three home runs, 21 RBI and 32 runs scored as a senior...hit .400 with four home runs, 32 RBI, 12 stolen bases and 41 runs scored as a junior...Third Team All-Dade County selection and winner of Belen’s Coach’s Award as a senior...All-Dade County Honorable Mention as a junior...played at Christopher Columbus High School as a sophomore...participated in L.I.F.E. Group and peer ministry at Belen.
