2008 (Freshman): Appeared in 11 games earning a start against Arkansas State (11/8)... recorded seven tackles, one for a loss...had half a sack for a loss of one yard... at Iowa (9/6) recorded his first collegiate tackle and blocked a 32-yard field goal attempt... recorded one tackle and half a sack vs. USF (9/20), and one tackle at Louisiana (11/1) ...in his only start, had a season-high three tackles vs. ASU, including half a tackle for loss...in the Shula Bowl against FAU (11/29) recorded one tackle.

Braddock High School: Outstanding member of Braddock’s 2006 football team, named as the Most Outstanding Defensive Lineman, co-MVP and a third-team all-county selection of the Miami Herald for head coach Frank Rojas...finished his senior season with 99 tackles and 11 sacks.
