Biography

2003 (Freshman): Saw limited action on the defensive line, playing one game against Troy State (10/18), without making a tackle...shows good strength and quickness at the point of attack...continues working hard in the weight room to gain strength and muscle...Honor Roll Student for spring 2004.

Western High School: A three-year starter for head coach Jack Chapman...an honorable mention all-county performer and a participant in the North/South All-Star Game...had 85 tackles as a senior for the 8-2 Wildcats...also recorded 15 pressures, six sacks, batted three passes, forced three and recovered two fumbles.

Personal: Born July 5, 1984...chose FIU over interest shown by Akron...son of Edwin and Glenda Berrios...plans on majoring in Veterinary Medicine.
