2006 Cross Country: Competed in all six races... Her 23rd-place finish at the Sun Belt Conference Championships helped the Golden Panthers to a second-place team finish... Pair of top-10 finishes included fifth place at the University of Miami Tri-Meet and ninth at the NSU Sharks Invitational... Posted her season-best 5,000-meter time of 18:54.80 at the Auburn Invitational.
2006 Outdoors: Earned points for the Golden Panthers in both the 5,000 and 10,000 meters at the Sun Belt Conference Championships... Owned the team’s top time in the 3,000 meters, crossing the line in 10:40.42 to place sixth at the Miami Elite Invitational... Finished among the top-five collegians in the 1,500 meters at the Golden Knights Twilight Invitational.
2006 Indoors: Scored for the Golden Panthers in three events at the Sun Belt Championships, including a fourth-place showing?just out of all-conference contention?in the 3,000 meters in a team- and season-best 10:22.61... Also recorded the team’s top time in the 5,000 meters, finishing in 18:39.14 at the SBC Championships... Also competed in the mile.
2005 Cross Country: Overcame injuries to lead the Golden Panthers at the NCAA South Regional, covering the 6,000-meter course in 23:02.16 to finish 75th overall, with the fastest mark by a sophomore and fourth-fastest overall in school history... Third on the team and 20th overall at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, finishing the 5,000 meters in 18:50.71.
2005 Outdoors: set the school record in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing seventh at the Florida Relays in 11:45.76... Finished third in that event at the Gatorade Invitational and was fourth among collegians at the Golden Knights Twilight... The team’s second-fastest performer in the 1,500 meters, turning in a season-best time of 4:57.79 at the Sun Belt Conference Championships.
2005 Indoors: picked up all-conference honors, anchoring the distance medley relay to a runner-up finish at the Sun Belt Championships in a season-best 12:27.55... Also scored for the Golden Panthers in the 5,000 meters, placing sixth in a team- and season-best 18:35.42... DMR was runner up at the Gator Invitational... Turned in the team’s top time in the mile, crossing the line in 5:14.08 to place sixth at the Gator Invitational.
2004 Cross Country: Third-fastest performer on the team with a 5,000-meter time of 19:20.29 at the Disney Classic, helping FIU to a fifth-place finish... Finished fourth overall in the dual-meet victory over Miami with a time of 19:58... Placed 27th at the Sun Belt Conference Championships, covering the 5K course in 20:35.3... Was 10th among collegians with a two-mile time of 12:52.00 at the FIU/Lourdes Invitational.
Prep: A multi-sport athlete, competing in soccer for three years, cross country for three, track & field for two and volleyball for one... A three-time all-state selection in soccer... As a freshman, cross country team won district and region titles... Placed fourth in the state in the two-mile as a freshman and was fourth in the 800 meters as a junior... Soccer team was district and region champs for three years.
Personal: Born November 22, 1985, in Miami... Parents are Craig Wall and Elizabeth Woodring... Has four siblings, Ashley (20), Allyssa (8), Cassidy (8) and Samantha (5)... Her mother played volleyball at the University of Miami... Off the track, enjoys scrapbooking, cooking and playing tennis... Posted the team’s highest GPA in 2004-05, earning Dean’s List and Sun Belt Conference Commissioner’s List recognition as both a freshman and sophomore... A communications major.
