Biography

Redshirt Senior (2009-10):Finished career as school's sixth leading blocker and eighth leading rebounder...averaged 8.2 points and 8.5 rebounds for the year...opened the season with four consecutive double-doubles...named to Sheraton Raleigh Wolfpack Invitational All-Tournament Team after posting double-doubles in consecutive days...tallied 11 points and 13 rebounds vs. N.C. State (11/13) in career high minutes...topped minutes from the night before and led FIU to first victory of season by hitting the game-winning jumper in overtime en route to 16 points and a career high 17 rebounds vs. Western Michigan (11/14)...posted 10 points, 15 rebounds and five assists in home opening win vs. Jacksonville (11/17)...tallied game highs in points (22) and rebounds (13) vs Green Bay (11/21)... led the team with 10 rebounds and added eight points vs. Saint Joseph's (11/27)...missed seven games mid-way through the year due to knee and shoulder injuries before returning against South Alabama (12/31)...scored 16 points in second half vs. ULM (1/6) to bring FIU back from a 12-point deficit to a win...grabbed game high 13 rebounds and dished career high seven assists in win over Arkansas State (1/20)...missed six games due to injury before returning for the final three games of the year...grabbed game-high 13 rebounds on Senior Day against WKU (2/27).
 

 Redshirt Junior (2008-09): Played in 20 games, all off the bench... Missed ten games due to a leg injury... Averaged 5.0 points and 5.7 rebounds per game... Scored 12 points and pulled down 10 rebounds against Florida Atlantic (2/28)... Poured in 10 points and a season-high 13 boards against N.C. State (11/28)... Connected on all five of her shots against N.C. State (11/28)... Tied her career-high with four assists vs. Florida Atlantic (2/28).

Junior (2007-08): Suffered season-ending hand injury six games into the season versus South Florida (11/29)... Averaged 9.2 points and 8.5 rebounds per game... Scored a season-high 12 points against Providence (11/23), also tallying a career-high 16 rebounds... Scored 10 points and pulled down 16 boards against Florida State (11/17)... Led the team in rebounding in two contests and scoring once.

Sophomore (2006-07): Ranked second on the team and tied for 12th in the Sun Belt in rebounding (6.3 rpg) and fourth on the team in scoring (8.0 ppg)... Scored a career-high 23 points at then-No. 17 Middle Tennessee (2/15), shooting at a team season-high .909 clip (10-for-11)... Grabbed a season-high 13 boards versus Kansas State (12/30)... Played in all 30 of the team's games, making her lone start in the win against Miami (Fla.) (12/5)... Played a career-high 36 minutes against New Orleans (1/25)... Scored in double figures on nine occasions ... Came up with double figures in rebounding three times, two of which were double-doubles against Central Connecticut (12/23) and Louisiana-Lafayette (3/3) in the quarterfinals of the Sun Belt tournament...  Shot over 50-percent from the floor on the year (89-for-177, .503)... Scored a then-career-high 19 points against USF (11/30)... Scored in double figures in three consecutive games from Dec. 5-17, and then made it five-of-six with 15-point efforts against Central Connecticut (12/23) and George Mason (12/29)... Led the team in rebounds in six contests, and in scoring twice.

Freshman (2005-06): Saw action in all 32 games, averaging over 19 minutes per contest and starting in the team's final five games of the postseason... Her 49 blocked shots tied Cormisha Cotton (2002-03) for eighth-most single-season blocks in school history... One of three Golden Panthers ranked among the league's top 10 in blocked shots... Finished second on the team in rebounds and steals, averaging 6.5 rebounds per outing and creating 33 steals on the season... Her 49 blocks and 207 rebounds helped rank the team seventh and 18th, respectively, in the nation... Posted three double-doubles, including a 16-point, 14-rebound game (both career highs) versus Longwood (11/19)... Shot 48.0 percent from the field... Named to the Fun & Sun Classic All-Tournament Team (12/30) after recording her second double-double of the year against Arkansas with a team-high 12 points along with 10 rebounds to help clinch the tournament championship for FIU... Also led the team in scoring in wins over North Texas (1/16 15 points) and again in the opening round of the SBC Tournament against New Orleans (3/2 13 points)... Reached double-digit rebounds in nine contests and double-digit points on seven occasions... Blocked a season-high five shots against Seton Hall (11/26) and at Kansas (12/18).

Prep Career: Played basketball for three years at Pace, earning first-team all-state and first-team all-county honors every year... Averaged 18.9 points, 17.5 rebounds and 6.9 blocks per game as a senior... 2003 3A Player of the Year... Selected MVP of the state tournament twice -- after winning the state title in 2003 and 2005... Won a state title as a freshman, playing for Edison in 2002.

Personal: Born October 1, 1986, in Miami... Daughter of Tracey Adley... Has one brother, John (18)... Nicknames are Quita and Rabbit... Also recruited by schools such as Georgia Tech and UCF... Off the court, enjoys listening to music and playing various sports... A women's studies major.
