- The FIU men's basketball team returns home on Monday for the second game of a four-game homestand when it faces in-state foe Stetson at 7 p.m.
 
- The Panthers have shot no worse than 42 percent from behind the three-point arc in each of their last four games ... FIU is shooting 44.6 percent (33-of-74) from behind the arc and averaging 8.25 treys-per-game during that stretch.

- FIU got a career-high 24 points and nine rebounds from Donte Mcgill, and a career-best 15 points from Eric Nottage as the Panthers handed LIU Brooklyn its first loss of the season, 80-72 ... Daviyon Draper also added 16 points in the win.
 
- FIU had its most complete half of the season on the offensive side of the ball, in the first stanza of its game with LIU Brooklyn, en route to a 46-22 halftime lead ... The Panthers shot at a 53.3 percent (16-of-30) clip against the Blackbirds, including 53.8 percent (7-of-13) from behind the three-point arc ... In addition, FIU shot 77.8 percent (7-of-9) from the free-throw line.
