- FIU will close out its short two-game Conference USA road trip on Saturday, Feb. 6 when it travels to Murfreesboro, Tenn. to face Middle Tennessee at the Murphy Center ... Tip off is slated for 7 p.m. (ET).

SCOUTING THE BLUE RAIDERS
- Middle Tennessee comes into Saturday's game with a 16-6 record and an 8-2 mark in Conference USA following its 85-73 win over Florida Atlantic on Thursday night ... The Blue Raiders, who are 9-1 at home at the Murphy Center, have won eight of their last nine, and nine of their last 11.
 
- Giddy Potts leads four players in double figures, netting 15.2 points-per-game on the year, followed by Reggie Upshaw and Darnell Harris who are netting 13.3 and

12.9 points-per-game, respectively ... Perrin Buford rounds out the double-digit scorers dropping in 11.3 points-per-game ... Upshaw leads the team on the glass, grabbing 8.7 rebounds-per-contest.
 
THE SERIES AGAINST MIDDLE TENNESSEE
- The Blue Raiders hold a commanding 25-8 lead on FIU in the all-time series ... Middle Tennessee has won 10 of its last 12 game against the Panthers, however FIU has taken two of the last three ... FIU last defeated Middle Tennessee, 59-54, on March 5, 2015 in Miami.
 
LAST TIME OUT FOR THE PANTHERS
- FIU comes into Saturday's game with Middle Tennessee on the heels of a tough 74-69 loss at UAB on Thursday night in Birmingham ... The setback was the Panthers' third-straight, and fourth in their last six games.
 
- Daviyon Draper led four players in double figures, scoring a game-high 16 points and grabbing a team-high seven rebounds ... Adrian Diaz added 14 points, six rebounds, five blocked shots and two steals, and Elmo Stephen and Michael Douglas chipped in with 12 points apiece off the bench ... Douglas' 12 points marked a career-high.
 
- The Panthers finished the game shooting 46.6 percent (27-of-58) from the field, and held a slight 37-36 advantage on the boards ... UAB, however, outrebounded FIU 11-8 on the offensive glass, leading to 14 second-chance points.
