MIAMI (Oct. 11, 2019) - The FIU swim and dive program welcomes back alumnae this Saturday, as the Panthers host the Blue and Gold Intrasquad Meet at the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Center on Oct. 12 at 11 a.m. The event is run in conjunction with FIU's homecoming week.

The Panthers, who finished runner-up at last week's TYR Fall Classic, are looking to continue their development in this practice-style event.
 
The event will consist of two teams – a Blue team and Gold team – and will battle in a regular meet format. Following the meet, the alumnae will get a chance to participate in four events against each other.
 
One of the enjoyable aspects of the annual event is the opportunity for current student-athletes being able to interact with past alumnae.

Following this weekend, the FIU swim and dive team will welcome Tulane, Rice and Denver for Dual-A-Pool-Ooza, Oct.18-19 at the Biscayne Bay Aquatic Center.
