MIAMI – The FIU diving program prepares for the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships, set for March 8–10 in Athens, Ga., hosted by the University of Georgia at Gabrielsen Natatorium, with hopes of securing qualification to the 2026 NCAA Championships.
The three-day event begins Sunday, March 8 and runs through Tuesday, March 10 for the women's competition. All events will be streamed live on ESPN+.

Sunday, March 8
12:15 p.m. ET – Women's 1-meter prelims
2:55 p.m. ET – Women's 1-meter finals
Monday, March 9
11:15 a.m. ET – Women's 3-meter prelims
1:40 p.m. ET – Women's 3-meter finals
Tuesday, March 10
11:15 a.m. ET – Women's Platform prelims
12:40 p.m. ET – Women's Platform finals
QUALIFYING SPOTS
1-meter: 11 spots
3-meter: 9 spots
Platform: 7 spots
Junior
Kristina Keenan qualified for all three events, earning spots in the 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform competitions. Senior
Ruska Lehtonen will compete in the 1-meter and platform events, while freshman
Adyson Downey qualified for the platform competition.
A total of 11 NCAA Championship spots are available in the 1-meter, while nine spots are available in the 3-meter. The platform event will award seven qualifying positions for the NCAA Championships.
Divers who qualify in one event will also be eligible to compete in any additional event in which they finish within the top 12 at the zone meet.
The number of NCAA qualifying spots awarded to each zone is determined by the performance of divers from that zone at the previous year's NCAA Championships. Results from the 2025 NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships were used to determine the number of qualification spots allocated to Zone B for the 2026 season.
