Swim & Dive Unveils 2026-27 Schedule

Panthers will host six events at the Doral Aquatic Center

MIAMI – FIU swimming & diving unveiled its 2026-27 meet schedule on Friday afternoon, as the Panthers prepare for their fifth season in the American Conference.

The schedule features six home events at the Doral Aquatic Center, beginning with the annual TYR Fall Classic from Oct. 2-3.

Later in October, FIU will share hosting duties with the University of Miami for a Dual-A-Pool-Ooza Invitational featuring Vanderbilt and Liberty. The three session round robin dual meet tournament will have Miami hosting the opening day of the meet on Oct. 23 for one session, before FIU welcomes the field to the Doral Aquatic Center on Oct. 24 for two sessions.

Following the invitational, the Panthers travel to Davie, Florida, for a tri-meet against four-time reigning NCAA Division II national champion Nova Southeastern and Lynn on Nov. 6-7. FIU diving will compete separately at the South Florida Diving Invitational in Coral Springs, Florida, on Nov. 6-7.

FIU then heads to Dallas, Texas, for the SMU Invitational from Nov. 18-21, marking the Panthers' first appearance at the meet. Before the winter break, FIU returns home to host Indiana State and Marshall in a tri-meet on Dec. 16.

The Panthers open the new year with the annual FIU Sprint Invitational at the Doral Aquatic Center on Jan. 6. FIU then hits the road for back-to-back meets, traveling to Miami on Jan. 14 before heading to Fort Myers, Florida, to face FGCU on Jan. 23.

FIU closes the regular season at home, hosting conference rival Florida Atlantic on Saturday, Jan. 30, for Senior Day.

The Panthers then travel to Lynchburg, Virginia, for the American Conference Championships from Feb. 17-20, where FIU will look to capture its second American Conference title and 10th conference championship overall.

In addition, FIU will host the ¡Dale FIU! Invite on Feb. 27 in a Last Chance Meet.

Postseason action continues with the NCAA Zone B Diving Championships from March 5-10 in Knoxville, Tennessee, followed by the NCAA Swimming & Diving Championships from March 16-20 in Austin, Texas.

FIU will also compete at the CSCAA National Invitational Championships from March 11-13 in Ocala, Florida.
