MIAMI – The College Sports Communicators (formerly known as CoSIDA) announced its Women's Swimming & Diving Academic All-District honorees on Tuesday, recognizing four FIU student-athletes for their excellence both in the classroom and in competition.
 
Earning All-District honors were Kristina Keenan, Ruska Lehtonen, Ana Luiza Daisson, and Diana Santamaria.
 
Keenan, a junior diver from Fayetteville, Arkansas, boasts a 3.94 GPA as a psychology major. She captured a bronze medal at the 2026 American Swimming & Diving Championships in the team diving event. Additionally, she qualified for NCAA Zones in the 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform events, setting a personal best on platform.
 
Lehtonen, a senior diver from Helsinki, Finland, holds a 3.92 GPA as a marketing major. She also earned bronze in the team diving event at the 2026 American Swimming & Diving Championships. Lehtonen was named American Conference Diver of the Week and secured zone qualifying scores in the 1-meter and platform while setting personal bests in both events.
 
Luiza Daisson, a senior from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, carries a 3.7 GPA in business analytics. She concluded her season with multiple A-final appearances at the 2026 American Swimming & Diving Championships, earning a silver medal in the 200 free relay and bronze in the 400 free relay.
 
Santamaria, a junior from Málaga, Spain, maintains a 3.87 GPA as a psychology major. She delivered a standout performance at the 2026 American Swimming & Diving Championships, earning four medals. Santamaria helped set a new program and meet record in the 200 medley relay, while also securing silver in the 200 free relay and 400 medley relay, along with bronze in the 400 free relay.
 
The Academic All-District honor recognizes student-athletes who demonstrate outstanding achievement both academically and athletically, highlighting the continued success of FIU Swimming & Diving in and out of the pool.
