MIAMI (Oct. 31, 2019) - FIU women's tennis closes out the 2019 fall schedule this weekend with the ninth annual FIU Invite, held Nov. 1-3 at the FIU Tennis Complex.

Action will begin on Friday and last throughout the weekend, admission to all matches is free. FIU welcomes Iowa, Missouri and South Florida to Miami for the weekend tournament, as the Panthers will match up with opponents from each program.

"It's nice to play at home, as it will be our final time at this current facility," Katarina Petrovic said. "Since it's a hidden dual tournament, we will have one doubles and one singles match against each team this weekend, which is great preparation for the spring. Every player will get to see action too at home for this tournament as well, which will be exciting to watch."

FIU will begin each day at 9 a.m. ET with doubles action, as the Panthers face Missouri (Friday), South Florida (Saturday) and Iowa (Sunday). Singles action for individuals will begin at 9:45 a.m. ET each day, as the Panthers face Iowa (Friday), Missouri (Saturday) and USF (Sunday).
