MIAMI (Nov. 12, 2019) - The FIU men's basketball team hits the road for a contest at North Carolina State on Wednesday, Nov. 13. Tip-off from PNC Arena is set for 9 p.m. ET, and the game can be viewed on ACC Extra.

The Panthers come into the game after defeating Ave Maria 101-59 in their home opener. Blake Furcron led FIU with 16 points off the bench, shooting 7-8 from the field and 2-3 from three. Osasumwen Osaghae recorded a career-best eight blocks in the win. He currently ranks second in the record books for career blocks with 141. The senior also ranks fourth nationally with 5.50 blocked shots per contest this season.
SCOUTING THE WOLFPACK
NC State enters the contest 1-1 this year after coming off an NIT berth during the 2018-19 season. The Pack opened the year with an 82-81 loss to Georgia Tech in overtime before rebounding with an 84-65 victory over Detroit Mercy.
Individually, C.J. Bryce leads the team with 36.2 points per game, shooting 68% from the field. He also averages a squad-best 8.0 rebounds per outing. Braxton Beverly comes in as the best shooter from behind-the-arc, going 7-12 during his junior campaign.
