@FIUHoops Continues Season in CIT Second Round at Green Bay

Panthers look for second-ever postseason win while trying to equal program-high for wins in a season.

GREEN BAY, Wisconsin (March 25, 2019) – FIU gets back on the court, looking for its second postseason win in program history, as it travels from the Southwest to the Midwest to face Green Bay on March 26, at 8 p.m. ET, in the second round of the Collegeinsider.com Tournament (CIT). Fans can watch live on WatchCIT.com.

Prior to this season, the last time the Panthers played in the postseason was on March 17, 1995, when the then Trans America Athletic Conference Tournament Champions faced UCLA in the NCAA Tournament first round in Boise, Idaho, falling to the Bruins, 92-56.

FIU looks to improve to 21-13 overall. A 21st victory would equal the most wins in program history, joining the 1997-98 team that finished the season 21-8.
