MIAMI (Nov 24, 2020) – The FIU women's basketball team announced its non-conference campaign for the 2020-21 season on Tuesday afternoon. The Panthers are slated to play six games in non-conference, with four scheduled to be played at the Ocean Bank Convocation Center.
"Our non-conference schedule is going to be a great precursor to conference play," head coach
Jesyka Burks-Wiley said. "Being able to play teams with very diverse styles of play is going to challenge us and make us a better team come January 1."

The Burks-Wiley era officially gets underway on Sunday, Nov. 29, as FIU opens the season at home against Stetson at 2 p.m. ET on CUSA.tv. Following the season-opener, the Panthers head north for the year's first road trip for a pair of games in Jacksonville against North Florida (Dec. 3) and Jacksonville (Dec. 5).
A three-game homestand concludes non-conference play for FIU as the Panthers host Florida Memorial on Monday, Dec. 14, before a two-game series with FGCU closes out the non-conference play on Dec. 20-21.
Conference USA play begins on New Year's Day at Old Dominion. FIU will have two home games on ESPN+, with the Saturday, Jan. 16, game against FAU and Saturday, Feb. 13, contest versus UTEP set to air on the platform.
