MIAMI (April 20, 2020) - Next up in our Q&A series with FIU football is defensive lineman, 
Noah Curtis. The Delray Beach, Florida native played in all 13 games for the Panthers last season, while making nine-straight starts to begin the year. 
Curtis finished 2020 with 30 tackles, to rank fourth among defensive linemen. The best game for the Panther defensive linemen came at the Camellia Bowl, as he collected six tackles and a half sack against Arkansas State. Curtis is now preparing for his final season at FIU, as he took time for a virtual Q&A with FIUSports.com.
Q: What was your most memorable moment from the 2019 season?
A: "As a team, the most memorable moment was our win against Miami because the whole school came together to celebrate. As an individual, my most memorable moment last season was at the Camellia Bowl. I played my heart out and even got half a sack plus a bunch of tackles."
Q: How does it feel to play for Butch Davis?
A: "Coach Davis is a legend. When he first got here he changed the culture. It's an honor to play for him."
Q: What bonds together the defensive line?
A: "Our DL group this year has experience. We have bonded more than ever and we all want to be the best DL in the country. Coach 
Kenard Lang is pushing us and motivating us every day to be the best."
Q: What are your goals for 2020?
A: "My goals for 2020 are becoming a better leader, being more vocal, getting stronger and maintaining my weight."
Q: Who are your roommates and what do they mean to you?
A: "My roommates are 
Jamal Gates, 
Tevin Jones and 
Kevin Oliver. I enjoy having my brothers as roommates and whenever we need each other we are there for one another."
Q: What is your favorite thing to do off the field?
A: "My favorite thing to do off the field is going to the beach with my fiancé."
Q: What is the last song you listened to?
A: "My last played song is Try a Little Tenderness by Otis Redding"
Q: Who was your first pro jersey?
A: "My first pro jersey was a Detroit Lions Daunte Culpepper jersey."
Q: What shows on Netflix are you binging right now?
A: "I just finished binging Manifest and now I'm watching Snowfall."
